My personal fav for that very type of situation is the Playmate - awesome suction cup, really sturdy, and gorgeous vibrations. The remote really ups its game - usually I pass it over to my boyfriend, so he can control it. A savvy contribution to your domination games, BTW!

But if suction cup toys do not work for you, maybe, a simple remote-control would? Something like Unity 2, perhaps? We had one of those little monsters, they hold up really well, and the remote-control is admirable.

It seems like you really have to look for a hands-free option. Remote-control seems obvious, like the two toys in the comment above. Insertable bullets, like this one could work, also.

Eva might be a good idea, too.

Meg has a point - what kind of stimulation your GF prefers? I understand that you need something that won't distract her too much, so, probably, no extra movement, which rules out the suction cup toys.

Wow the Eva sounds really interesting! Does it work hands-free? Would my gf be able to use it while on her knees without having to use a hand to hold it in place? I'm assuming you've used one?

Yes, Eva is completely hands-free and must work flawlessly in whatever position. It holds pretty steadily. I personally didn't try it since it's not my fav type of stimulation, but many of my colleagues and friends did, and I had no negative feedback whatsoever.
