I have massive and extremely painful muscle spasms in my back and neck. They've been around for months and I'm trying to avoid the cost of massage therapists by investing in a vibe/massager to use at home. I'd really appreciate some recommendations for specific products that might help me out.

I like to use my LELO smartwand large for massage. It's pretty powerful in my opinion and works great for this purpose.
