Would you decide against a vibrator if you have to use types of batteries which are expensive and/or hard to obtain?
Would you decide against a Vibrator because of the battery type?

I will not consider a toy that needs batteries unless I have rechargeable batteries for it.

I aim for rechargeable toys mostly. But definitely wouldn't buy one that takes non-standard batteries.
08/22/2012
I try to buy rechargeables only.
08/22/2012
More than likely, yes.
08/22/2012
maybe
08/22/2012
I only buy rechargeable vibrators because I don't want to hassle with batteries at all.
08/22/2012
The vibe isn't going to do you any good without the batteries.
08/22/2012
Maybe, but I usually go for rechargeable.
08/22/2012
Depends on the vibrator--i use the battery outlet and get them pretty cheap.
08/22/2012
Absolutely
08/22/2012
Mostly I try to stick with vibes that are either rechargeable or use the typical AA or AAA batteries. I'll consider one that uses other types as long as I can find them and they're not expensive.
08/22/2012
I do! I prefer AA, but will take AAA's, but I won't get a toy that takes batteries more expensive.
08/22/2012
i avoid toys with watch batteries like the plague
08/22/2012
I try to avoid all batteries, but I really interesting toy with AA or AAA might slip into my cart.

I prefer toys that are either rechargeable, or work with my rechargeable AA or AAA batteries -- they don't have to necessarily perform their absolute best with the rechargeable batteries, some toys are weaker with them, so long as they will work. I don't have anything that takes C batteries, and watch battery bullets that come with things usually get tossed in the deep recesses of the retired toy bag when the batteries die.
08/23/2012
If it takes batteries of any sort I look away.
08/23/2012
Yes. If it takes some weird ass type of batteries like C-batteries, I just look the other way.
08/23/2012
yes - it's a consumable that increases the total purchase price.
I go for rechargeable where i can.

No C or D batteries for me! Everything else is fair game.
08/23/2012
Yeah--watch batteries are annoying...I'm going to receive that free petals vibe in the mail for signing up for the newsletter (which apparently is like masturbating with a loud, vibrating tree branch...I'm not that kinky, but hey--it's free), and that thing takes C-batteries. Annoying, but again, it's free. I have no rechargeable toys, but oh, how I want one! Those just seem to be the most hassle free.
08/23/2012
I'll take an interesting toy that uses AAs, AAAs, or even Cs or Ds. I do, however, avoid watch batteries and N size batteries like the plague.
08/23/2012
No. But I'm pretty much going for the rechargeable because they tend to be stronger. When I can't find something, I always fall back on eBay.
08/23/2012
I like to buy ones that use AA or AAA batteries and buy rechargeable batteries. I want one that's rechargable, but they cost soo much!
I only two toys that use watch batteries, but they don't get much play time.

08/23/2012
Yes and I have. I'm not going to pay for one that is hard to find replacement batteries for.
08/23/2012
I am a bit of a toy snob and only buy rechargeable toys.
08/23/2012
I hate toys that take C batteries! I never have them around
08/23/2012
Yes, and I have before!
08/23/2012
That can be a deciding factor for me. I prefer toys take AA or AAA standard size batteries. I don't look at toys that take N batteries, and definitely don't look at toys that take watch batteries because I know the toy won't be strong enough for me.
