Vibrators for sensitive clits?

Contributor: leela leela
Hello all!
I'm new here, first post, woot, etc.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else here is super sensitive. I can't handle much in the way of vibrations or pressure on my clitoris... but I'm still curious if there would be a vibrator that would work for me. Maybe one with lots of squishy stuff to dull the vibrations a bit? Or maybe what I'm looking for is a bullet with a cover?

Any advice appreciated!

You didn't say what price range, but the Lelo Siri is extremely gentle on it's lowest setting. Bswish's Bcute is pretty gentle on low too, though not as much as the Siri.

Don't forget you can always put something like a soft piece of fleece between your skin and any vibrator to help dull the vibrations too. Another option would be a weak TPE or TPR vibrating cock ring with a clit stimulator on it (just hold it by the ring) because that would give you the "squishy stuff" you were talking about.

Hope this helps

Maybe something like the "oui" would be good for you. It offers pretty light vibrations, it'd be great for someone who is more sensitive! It's also pretty inexpensive.

Also, I have heard that the layaspot is pretty mild. I don't have that one so I can't say for sure, but that is what I have read. I can say though that I have Fun Factory's Corsar and it has multiple speeds and some of those are pretty mild.

I would say either Lelo Nea or Lily. Both have very mild vibrations.

I'll second A&M on the Bcute. It's also small enough that you can really pinpoint where you want the vibrations to hit. Another one you might like for the same reasons is the Evolved Diamond Princess.

Thanks everyone! I took a look at your suggestions. So, no one is really into bullets with a sleeve?

I think I'd like to avoid having to modify something I'd bought with a piece of fleece or something... also.... ew, soggy fleece! haha

But yeah, some of these multi-speed options look nice.

I am not sure I know what you mean by a bullet with a sleeve. A lot of the materials on bullets are designed to carry the vibrations, so most times a silicone or similiar material sleeve won't really lesson the vibrations, it just causes a softer feeling against the skin. If you think maybe it's the hardness of the toy rather than the vibrations themselves you might be good with a bullet with a sleeve on it.

I'll third the recommendation for the Bcute. It's nice a cheap so it's a good place to start with vibrators and it's quite mild.

While holding a bullet or any other vibe in your hand, try using your fingertip to lightly stroke/massage your clit. The vibrations will carry from your hand, to your finger and directly to your clit. You can adjust how you hold the vibe and how much pressure that you apply in order to control the amount of vibration being transferred. This may help you get a better "feel" for your level of sensitivity.

Good luck!

The Tantra Beam finger vibe is a great option, too. The vibes are adjustable and travel thru your finger - which is soft and squishy!

I'd have to second that, I have it, and it's pretty awesome.

Oh yeah, vibrations through the finger is a good idea, I hadn't thought of that. Though the TantraBeam is a bit... weird looking for my tastes. It looks more like some sort of frightening alien medical probe than something I would want to use for fun. Haha, anyway, thanks for the advice everyone, it's certainly given me some ideas.

Heh. There's another one similar, called the Wrist to finger vibe that is pink, looks a little less weird.
