Wand Massagers during period?

Contributor: Exploration Exploration
Hello,

Would a wand massager be a good idea to use during that time of the month? My girl is not a fan of intercourse during this time because of the messiness involved. She has no problem with clitoral orgasms, so I thought this would be an alternate way to please her and avoid some of the mess.

Thank you in advance.

I use one to ease the cramps associated with the period. It can speed up the process as well, at least for me anyhow. My suggestion is to use a thin condom over the head of the wand for easy clean up (for obvious reasons) and if she's someone who experiences cramps I wouldn't try penetration but then again she might like it. The area becomes flushed with blood easily during that time of the month and if there are no cramps it can be VERY pleasurable. ramps with stimulation or penetration can equal OUCH.

A wand would work, or any bullet or vibrator designed just for clitoral stimulation.

Side note: I usually don't enjoy sex during my period because it hurts my cervix. I've read that a woman's cervix is lower and harder during her period. (But don't quote me on that.)

A smaller clitoral vibe might be easier to clean - especially a waterproof bullet. Were you thinking of using the massager on her abdominal area for the cramps too?

Oo, that would be a good idea. Especially if it was a heated one like the Infrared.

I've found that having a removable silicone cover/attachment like the Off With Your Head (link) makes it much easier to use my Hitachi during my period. Since it comes off and is fantastically easy to clean, I'm not worried about accidentally getting a bit of blood on it. I just pull it off and take it to the sink.

I'm not sure that I'd use it during heavy flow without a cup or tampon in, though. I'd be afraid of the blood being vibrated everywhere. Some girls say their periods look like a murder scene... well, that really would.

That's a disturbingly accurate visual. And now I'm dreaming about Dexter

I've used small clit vibes and the Hitachi during, but never without a cup in.
