I have been having trouble with the remote working properly and I think it may be the batteries. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement battery for the remote? I believe it is a 12v.

I would take out the battery and buy it in: a supermarket, walgreens, electronic store,radio shack, department stores, walmart. If you don't want to go out look for it on ebay or amazon. Hope this helps.

Aren't those watch batteries? If all else fails, there must be a local jeweler in your town, as him for that type of battery for watches.
