Weak Rotations

I've seen the video for the Vr10 on EF and I have also seen the Vr10 in a store. There seems to be some discrepancy in the amount of rotation in the shaft.

I have also heard some information that it is possible to bend the shaft in order to improve the range of rotation.

Has anyone else heard information on this problem? Is the bending solution actually okay or will it reduce the lifespan of the toy?

I have not tried to bend mine, but I can't imagine that would be good for it. The rotating mechanism works because there is a rod going up the middle of the shaft... I suppose in theory you could bend that rod, but I wouldn't try. You'd risk bending it where it comes out of the motor, and that could cause serious harm. It's such an expensive toy, I would certainly not risk bending the shaft, too dangerous and too big a chance something would go wrong. It rotates very nicely, especially on the high setting. Not sure exactly what you're looking for in the rotation department, but it seems to rotate more than most rabbits I've used.

You can bend the shaft.

It's actually what they do in the manufacturing process and it doesn't hurt the toy.

Here are two videos about it, one appearing to be from a Jopen rep:
