Liquid latex is, well, latex that is liquid. You can paint it on and let it dry to simulate clothing or you can paint on fun designs, and then peel it off later on. I'd read some reviews on some of the different ones to get a better idea

"Liquid latex" is latex (a natural rubber) that is dissolved in a mixture of water, ammonia, zinc oxide and dimethyl thiuram disulfide. When painted on the body, it vulcanizes (hardens) at room temperature to form a covering that shrinks about 3%, so it feels like a second skin.

I've seen elaborate clothing like designs painted in liquid latex. It looks fun to do (and peel off!).
