Usually I come here to see a great deal of posts from a variety of people. I just got here and see a ton of posts with the same style topic title and like 5 at a time from the same person, but way more than one person doing this in the same style? I'm wondering if I'm missing something? Sorry for such a silly question, but it looks a little odd to me.

Sometimes people point farm, by spamming the forum with a litany of similar posts. Unfortunately, this can also lead to people seeing it and assuming that is how people behave on these forums, which leads to others doing it, too.

Not silly at all & I also found this odd. I've only been here on Eden a couple of months and never noticed this being a problem until recently & it's really getting out of hand. It's a little frustrating to say the least.

I understand people post a lot for points, but there are like 10 people I saw posting with the exact same title style. Anyone with common sense would see other posts and think hey, I don't have to write this exactly the same. I thought I was missing a contest or something, lol. It looks like someone is point farming (love the term and am stealing it! Lol) from multiple accounts to manage this.

It's not a silly question at all.
As Delicious Surprise noted, we sometimes get people who point-farm or abuse the EdenPoints program by making the posts you mentioned. We've also had cases of multiple accounts. We aware of this as well and are currently investigating the situation. They are not representative of the EF forums, but they do occur. The best thing to do would be to ignore the posts and/or report them. Flagging is one way to report them, but in the case of numerous posts, e-mailing me at kristi@edenfantasys.co m with links and details is often better.

Yeah, I saw it too but I didn't want to flag someone if they were new and still figuring it out. I just tried to be polite and tell them to check the reviews. To flag or not to flag, eh?
