Did you make sure the batteries were correctly in? You have to line up the - and +. Sometimes I mess that part up. Also, did you make sure your batteries were brand new? I know, it doesn't seem like used batteries could make that much of a difference, but it happens to me all the time.

Perhaps one or more of the batteries are dead? Try replacing all the batteries, even if you're using batteries that came with the toy. I find that they're almost always bad or "dead" if they came with a toy.

Then, if it's none of those things, look to be sure the cap (battery cap) is secured and tightly screwed on. Sometimes, some of my vibrators' caps have to be screwed on really tight before they work.

If it's not that, try looking inside the battery compartment. Anything look funny? Once, a vibrator of mine had a little metal piece broken off inside there.

If those things don't do the trick, submit a support ticket. You can do that by going to you assignment cart, then on the left-hand side you should see "support tickets." Go there and leave a message.

It may be defective, but I find that 9 times out of 10, it's just something to do with the cap or the batteries.
