The only problem I have with a big age difference is - If you can't talk to each other because of the difference.

I think it depends on the person, how secure they are with themselves, and the level of communication they can achieve. Age gaps do have some issues, but if you mesh well, that's what matters

I need to qualify my vote by saying I'd happily date someone 10 years OLDER than me, but would not ever date anyone younger than me. (Although perhaps by one year, under extenuating circumstances.)
