In my case, it's not a huge difference, so I don't really think it impacts our relationship. Even with my ex, it was a 3-4 year difference, and it wasn't really a big deal. I've always been a bit ahead of the crowd in terms of maturity, so at this stage of my life, being "younger" isn't a huge deal (especially if it's only by a few years!)

I am 9.5 years younger than my wife. I think it does matter a bit as far as sex goes. Her drive has never been very high but I would think if we were closer to the same age, we would be a little less missmatched.

I'm older than him by almost two years- I turned 22 in September, he turned 20 in May. We've been together for 3 1/2 years now and have a 9 month old daughter together. I wouldn't say that our age difference makes an impact at all- it's something that I don't even think about anymore. I've always felt that age is only a number. Our relationship just works- I can't imagine ever being with someone else. He is an excellent provider (he is the only one who works, I am a stay-at-home mom) and a great father. Our little one adores him. He's very mature for his age- sometimes I think our ages should be the other way around, as I've always been very playful in nature and am hardly ever serious. He has an amazing sense of humor and is completely laid-back about EVERYTHING.
