I have considered them before but I was always thinking that there has to be some risk of harm. It just reminds me of when we were kids and you wrap a piece of string around your finger and it turned blue. I love cock rings! Not only will it make me harder, but it makes my cock much more sensitive (in a good way). Start with a snap-on or stretchy ring; the solid metal rings are a pain to get on, and impossible to get off, if you need to remove it in a hurry.

I have a few cock rings and I enjoy wearing them sometimes, as well as a few other CBT toys. My favorite is just a 12" length of nylon cord with a ring tied to the middle. With that or a ring, I like enclosing either just the balls or both the balls and the cock. It's fun, it looks cool and it makes the penis slightly larger/harder.
BUT - you should never wear anything that restricts blood flow for more than about 20 minutes, because it CAN cause damage. Which would be bad.
