The prostate controls the urine stream (extremely simplified statement), so that makes sense. BUT if there's a feeling of something "not quite right" about it, see a doctor. If the prostate goes, no more erections...

So...it's probably normal. (at least in our situation) Believe he doesn't have erection problems. lol

Does it really make him have to pee, or does he just feel like he does? Perhaps test it out with him on the toilet or in the shower.

Prostate stimulation (or the bladder stimulation that sometimes goes with it) can make you feel like you're going to pee, but you don't (assuming that you've peed recently).

I was 50 when I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. Thank God when I got a second opinion it was down graded. Because of that I was able to keep my prostate by using radiational seeding. At 48 your man needs a digital exam by his doctor and a PSA test which is a blood test. I would guess he feels the need to urinate more often even without anal stimulation. He could simply have an enlarged prostate but not cancer and can be given medication to relieve the symptoms before they develop into something else. Most doctors want to cut an remove the prostate to cure cancer, however, I have seen this fail as some of the cancer cells can be missed in the process. I have gone 10 years without a reoccurrence. The best digital exam I ever had was by a female oncologist intern, nothing matches the caring touch of a woman.

The prostate is a large part of the plumbing. Might need to go check that out. Or just use another forum if you don't like the answers LOL. Seems to be the norm now.
