After I climax I feel an empty sadness for about 12 to 24 hours. I believe this is know as post coital tristesse or PCT. This just happened all of a sudden I never suffered from it before, any advice.

I have it as well after toying, as well as feeling angry for no reason. I dunno about any advice, I just wish i knew why it happens.

Interesting - I've read that a good orgasm can also release oxytocin - 'the bonding' hormone link. I suppose that's why couples sex tends to more enjoyable.
I don't get sad after masturbating - but I do get much more satisfaction from partner sex - so I guess the oxytocin works for me!

I cried after sex once. Freaked out my boyfriend though and I think he still thinks he did something wrong. Now, I'm more likely to laugh or giggle during and after though.
I don't have any advice; just that sex releases a lot of feelings; if you need to cry, let yourself cry. There's no harm in that.

Interesting, I have felt this a couple of times and thought it was just me being emotional or just having a bad day. I should know all this neurotransmitter/hormo ne info, I did really well in biopsychology, guess I need to brush up on my info lol.
