Wow...that's not what I was expecting when I clicked on this thread. This is something that needs to be addressed by a medical professional and probably followed with a STI/D screen. That's very abnormal and kind of sounds like Chlamydia (the clap). Use condoms or abstain from touching his penis then yourself until it's been diagnosed.

Chlamydia, though curable, can be a bit of a bear to get rid of as it's very easy to pass it back and forth. You should probably be tested, too. less
