My husband and I have taken turns losing interest over the years. I've found that sex is kind of cyclical for us--sometimes we both want it three times a day and then there will be months where we don't care if we do it or not.

We have sex nearly each and everyday (sometimes several times a day), we've been together 18 years. Our sex life has not always been like this though. It was not until I was able to work through a ton of crap (physical and emotional issues) and find a way to own it without feeling shameful about it, that I was able to explore, be honest & open with how much I truly desired to be a sexual creature, and act upon it.

I voted 3x a week, but honestly that varies quite a lot here lately. The hubby has a new job and he's at work quite a bit. I got rather used to him being here with me everyday over the last almost full two years. He took a leave of absence from working after our last baby and has been home with me nearly all day everyday since the boy child was born. During that time, the sex was pretty constant and abundant. Now that he's working again, he's beat down from work and stress and the booty has dwindled sufficiently.

New relationship of about 6 months and have sex on average of about once a day. We started out our relationship living 2 hours apart and just this summer have been living together. If there are no temporary illness or physical issues, we have sex 1-3 times a day about 5-6 days per week.

I've been married for 12 years and we have sex around 2 or 3 times a week. It does fluctuate some though. There are some weeks where we have it more frequently, and there have been times when we have gone 2 or 3 weeks without having sex. Overall I am happy with it, but I am hopeful that when the kids get a little older and are more likely to stay in their bedroom all night that the frequency will pick up slightly.

I voted every day, because it's nearly every day unless we're both exhausted or I'm on my period. XD I love sex and I enjoy it as frequently as possible, plus, I am still training my boy. (He was a virgin not long ago so he needs lots of practice.)

2-3 per week is probably the average. Some more, some less.
Crazy work week, family visiting, etc. = less
Kids go to grandparents for the week = more, much more. Not today I need to recover more!

Three to four times a week. There are times when it isn't that often, especially if one of us is feeling particularly body-conscious or anxious about something. But there are plenty of times when it's much more! We've been together almost 8 years.

After reading this poll, we talked about how often we have sex. Our answer? We have no idea. Depends on the week and how both of us are feeling. We sometimes will go everyday, other times we may skip a couple of days. We just have sex whenever we want - if we want more, we have more. lol But neither of us keeps track. He said "if you can keep count, you're not having enough"! LOL I think he was joking... sort of.
