I've only had sex with one person so no. I've had a UTI though and that was miserable so I can relate.

I voted other, because I've never had an STD in the traditional sense.
I have had CIN2/3 though, and while they couldn't pin down exactly what strand it was, I guess it's HPV. Considering that 80% of women in America get it in their lives, I don't see it as an STD really. Call me stupid, but condoms are only 70% affective against it and most of t he cases heal on their own over time.

Not an STD exactly but bacterial vaginosis from having multiple sex partners and not being careful enough.

Many doctors and STD clinics do not routinely test for Herpes and HPV but both are STDs. If they did, I think STD numbers would be a lot higher across society.

That's because cold sores are a form of herpes.

Ah, one of the greatest benefits of monogamy. No diseases, and if I get one, I know where it came from and who to freak out at.

Getting tested regularly after every partner, and always practicing safe sex has really helped prevent STDs in my life.

No, thank God. Even though I'm not a virgin, I decided I want to abstain from sex until I'm married. So hopefully I'll never have a sexually transmitted disease.

....I don't think there is any need to freak out over an STD/STI.

Also, they only really check for 4 strains of HPV during a woman's yearly pap smear... If they test for HPV at all. Some places don't unless there is abnormal cell growth already. And there are many more strains than just those 4.. -shrug- just an added bit of info

No, but I've had a couple urinary tract infections, and a bout with bacterial vaginosis. It was miserable.

I have never had an STD or infection of any kind. Being in a longterm monogamous relationship, I'm not worried about getting one at all.

My friend, however, caught gonorrhea from some loser she was with for a short time. She was mortified when she found out, but she's fine now. We even go so far as to make jokes about it, usually at the guy's expense.

I get cold sores, I get them whenever I get stressed. I learned that they can be transmitted through oral sex...scary! So in that sense it does affect my sex life. I had a friend in the army that got genital herpes, and that sucks! She was in so much pain and now she will have to carry that around for the rest of her life. You would have never thought it by looking at her....can't be too careful!
