I agree, the over produced commercial porn does do a lot to make anal look cleaner than in practice. This also includes pre-lubricating with silicone lubes internally and then cleaning up the anal area that results in it looking like they are using no to little lube during the anal sex... this also typically results in people who don't research anal sex thinking it's done w/ out lube. This results in bad experiences when people try to replicate porn in real life.

And as everyone has a sphincter it's a bit strange looking when it's bleached vs natural. But at the same time I think breast implants are horrible looking too... So definitely no anal bleaching on our end.

Peroxide should be applied diluted and washed completely from the skin. Do not just dab it one and go about your day.

Personal desire. Body issues and identity. There are many reasons but no medical concepts i can practically or ethically understand.
