Can kegels help with queefing?

I looove doggy style. >.> So much. But the first time I did it, I queefed so much after we were finished. XD It was funny, but I was also worried about what he was thinking and it turned me off. We talked about it later and he said he didn't mind. But I didn't enjoy it~! It's not a sexy sound to me. The next time we were together, he said he asked some forums and they said keeping my legs together would fix it. Well it does, but that kind of limits possibilities.

Anyway, I was just wondering if kegels would help with that. I got the Je Joue Ami set because I was hoping stronger muscles would help me orgasm faster and maybe help him cum more easily during intercourse. He says I'm really tight as it is, so I'm not sure being loose is the issue. x_x And it's fine if it doesn't help. That's not what I bought them for. But I'm curious and I'm sure some of you would know!

Here's how I've always looked at the situation: it only happens when the sex is really good.

There's really no way to prevent it. Just let go and enjoy yourself. Guys really aren't bothered by it, some are even turned on by it.

That's about what I was going to say. Kegels, with or without Kegel balls are really good for you. I have done them for years, and I really don't know if it has decreased queefing of not. I tend to queef less as I get a little older, but I do have really good control over my PC muscles.

But, sometimes it still happens. My husband thinks it's funny. I also find less queefing (Man, I'm using the word "queefing" a lot) if I'm almost flat on my front during rear entry sex, rather than up on my knees. Or using a position pillow, like our Liberator Wedge. I'm not sure why that helps, but it does seem to.

But, either way, start doing those Kegels. They will keep your PC muscles in shape and even help with stronger climaxes.

eh, it happens not much you can do about it. Like Stormy said, it only happens when it's good.

You could try changing the angle, maybe head down on the bed or up higher.

It's not a big deal. Don't stress.

I agree with Stormy, it generally happens when sex is really good.
