My wife can orgasm from g-spot stimulation using her Pure Wand. But there is no doubt that clitoral stimulation is involved in 98% of her orgasms.

I can have both without clitoral stimulation but a-spot have never been easy to achieve and those are the ones that are happening with less and less frequency.
G-spot orgasms are now pretty easy for me to have with a toy; still working on my guy giving them to me with toys or PIV, though.
