Creams or sprays that relax tighten vaginal muscles.

I suffer from something called Vaginismus.

Vaginismus is a Painful spasmodic contractions that affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration. The muscles in the vagin unknowingly contracts. It is something you cannot control. I have weeks where it's perfect, and than I have weeks were I'd rather rip my nails off one by one than attempt to have sex.

I noticed that EF has a spray to make anal sex easier. I guss it helps relax you (anus). I was curious is there something like that for vaginal muscles? Not just here on EF but anywhere?

Does anyone have any person experience on this? The growth I've received from T has been rather... small. 1/4 of an inch, maybe. And I'm just hoping..

Ok, here's the deal. These creams and such are topical and are used to numb the tissue. Numbing the tissue can lead to rips, tears, and (anal) fissures. While I understand it is something that is incredibly frustrating to you and your partner(s), I really advise staying away from them. You won't actually be relaxing the muscles, just ignoring the signals being sent to your brain.

Poke around this site for alternatives: link

I'm sorry you didn't find your light at the end of the tunnel. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy physical pleasure in life and it really sucks when the body checks you and says nope don't think so, sucka!

I have heard that starting out with extremely thin dildos and working to a larger diameter in a single session can allow for virtually painless penetration and intercourse.
