Has anyone else observed a correlation between those energy boosters that are loaded with B vitamins, and sex drive? It seems like every time I take one, I'm more awake, but then become distracted. Is it all in my head, or am I not alone?

The ones I use come in the little two-swallow bottles, and contain a bunch of B vitamins, caffeine, and taurine. I'm pondering the theory that I'm experiencing a niacin flush, but I don't get that hot neck feeling that's supposed to be symptomatic of a niacin flush, so I'm not sure.

B12 (I take 1000mg a day) affects mood and energy levels...it boosts my sex drive all on its own.

They do give me more energy - and with a fairly high sex drive I often want to dissipate some of that energy in the bedroom. Are they an aphrodisiac - I doubt it would pass scientific scrutiny - nice placebo affect - but I'm OK with that. If it takes just $3 to trick my brain into more sex - I'm all over it! Love'm

BTW, I've also tried a product called Fever - it has all the same stuff but several herbs are added - tastes like ice tea and I enjoy the buzz - the herbs can't hurt so it's all good.
