Even if you're really wet, and he is from PIV, even if you used lube for PIV and you think it is enough.... add more lube just before anal penetration, to him and YOU.

You'd think it would be enough, but anal tissue is so much more fragile than vaginal tissue, that you have to add fresh lube before every penetration.

I have dabbled in anal sex for 3-4 years and have never had an anal fissure. We always go slow-warm up with toys first-and use a lot of lube.

I've had fairly small tears before, nothing that's gone major. It's mostly been from anal sex, indeed. Just gotta take it easy -.-
They're definitely painful but mine healed up without much issue, though they did huuuuurt all the way through the healing process

I play with my ass several times a week and I have never had anal fissures. I've heard they hurt like hell and take forever to heal but they are easily preventable so there is no reason to suffer through the pain. All it takes to avoid anal fissures is to make sure that you warm up and use lots of lube when you play. As long as you as cognizant of your body's needs and are doing a lot of warm up for anal play there should never be any pain.

I'm terrified of anal for that reason, and also due to the possibility of infection. Curiosity may get the better of me one day, but for now, I'm staying away from that place.
