I've heard of people doing this, but I've never tried it. Aren't you supposed to avoid any oil-based products for vaginal use? I'd think this would do more harm than good...

We love it and use it most if not all of the time. I have not seen a negative effect on our silicone toys. It smells great, taste great and I like a little coconut on my "pineapple."
I notice that it does not hold up well on a wet night when "squirting" takes place.
You will want to keep it warm or it gets pretty firm, but then quickly melts with body temp.

I've heard about coconut oil as a lube, from reviews. I've never tried it, and probably won't. Oil can be really messy, and at the same time I'm super protective of my toys. My concerns for my toys may seem unwarranted, but since I only have a few nice ones, I'm a bit over protective. Maybe when I'm a spoiled toy brat, I'll give it a shot.

I have used coconut oil as a lube for 4 or 5 years. I use it with my silicone toys and have never had a problem. It doesn't cause UTI's or yeast infections for me. I love the stuff.
