Mine, I consider average. It's something smaller than a pea. Maybe the size of an eraser on the end of a pencil. It's close to the size of an eyeshadow sponge brush. Lol. Don't ask me how I know that. Ha Ha.

I'm not sure what average is or how to measure it. The visible portion is like the size of a popcorn kernel, looks about average compared to the others I've seen.
