My wife is well endowed - so I never had to face this problem. My take on this is that the woman should do it if she wants - not because he wants.
My sister-in-law had a boob job. I think it was her husband's idea, but she's very strong - if it wasn't something she also wanted, it wouldn't have happened.

I'm going to jump in as a man: If I could afford it and my wife/girlfriend/whatev er wanted a boob job, I'd buy her a pair.

On a different forum that I occasionally visit, something similar came up. The boyfriend of a young man who frequently cross dresses made a "request" that the CD get castrated.
The CD who made post did not say that he was TS.
I personally would be uncomfortable with a partner who made such requests.
