Yes they are just as safe as sex, the penis or the vibrator won't poke the baby because your cervix is in the way. It's completely safe

I never had any problems and I'm on my third baby! I don't use it internally very much any way so Just go gentle. I like my vibes on my clit so I've never even thought about internal vibe use.

I was wondering about this as well, but I'm not really sure. I'd think it should be fine at least for external stimulation.
