It affects me, too. Like Ryuson said, sometimes it is painful for me as well, but feeling really bloated just affects my entire mood- not only my sex drive.

I don't want to have sex then, but I rarely have those issues, so I don't think it has ever actually prevented me from having sex. It has never happened on a day where I would have been having sex anyways.

sometimes, it can make sex uncomfortable for me. but usually i get so into it, my mind wanders and forgets all about the bloating and whatnot

I guess I'm lucky, I'm only ever really bloated just a tiny bit during my period. I've never had it as an isolated event, just part of a whole bunch of crappy things.
I've never been constipated enough to know what that's like. Maybe I have been, but just don't realise it.

It doesn't affect my desire, but it affects my ability to enjoy sex. If I'm too uncomfortable I don't want to do it. It's mostly around my period, at its worst, so it's often accompanied by cramps and other pain anyway.

discomfort doesn't usually stop me from having sex, but if I was in pain then I wouldn't want to.

Usually, I can still get aroused and have sex when I have these issues. If it's a really bad day, though, forget about it.
