A little while back I tried going for at least once every day, and it worked all right sometimes, but other times just annoyed me and made me not want to bother, so I stopped and went back to just "whenever." I'm a lot happier that way.
As awesome as orgasms are, I don't think saying you should have a certain number a week makes much sense. It makes them seem like a chore (some days or weeks you just may not feel like it, you know?). Have orgasms when you want them or feel like you need them.

I did the "one a day" thing for a while but after a month or so it got tiresome. Now I just do it whenever I feel like it. Which averages about 4 times a week, I would say. But when I masturbate I orgasm like 3+ times every time. Not multiple ones on top of each other, but yeah. So...I guess 12 a week? Haha, I dunno.

I don't make it a number necessarily, especially with an odd schedule since I and my partner are both students with jobs so things come up randomly all the time. However, when I do have sex, I expect to orgasm at least once, and I usually have sex 5 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less depending again on what happens.
