would you ever get a breast enlargement? I personally don't see why some people get mad at others for getting one. Its a personal decision and I was not gifted with big breasts at all, I don't even want it till after I have children and only a decent size c cup.

I put no but that's because I want a reduction. By the time I was 15 I was a DD. Now at 18 I'm an F and it causes so many back problems and most clothes don't fit how they should. It really is dependent on the person. I can easily see how someone who has small breasts would want something bigger.

I have always wanted bigger breasts and I am a D/DD

I'm a D/DD. I want mine filled out a little because gravity makes them go where they shouldn't go. I don't really want a size increase so much as to just keep them up where they are supposed to be. But I do want the actual implant and not the lift because the impant will last longer than the lift.

I want fake boobs!

I personally don't like fake boobs, but I don't hate others acquiring them. The reason why I can't stand looking at fake ones are because they look like two round bowls, no matter what cup size you're going to get, and people can tell they're fake right away (unless you keep them covered up all the time).

I've never wanted bigger breasts - I'm petite, and at a B-cup there are clothes/dresses that don't fit me. Any bigger and I'd look extremely top heavy. But go for it, if that's what you'd like!

NO!!! I'm a natural kind of guy. I'd rather they be real than fake.

i'm DD and would never go any bigger than that. but i agree with you, it's definitely a personal decision.

It is a personal decision one that is made for various reasons. As for myself no enlargement for me I am big enough on top at a whopping Jcup so I'm good lol I might consider a lift one day however

I'm funny about people other than my partner touching my breasts and I'm not sure if implants would look/feel real enough for us. So, no, I wouldn't get implants. If I could magically get my size larger that I lost when I lost weight, I might? I have some things that suit a slightly more filled out chest better. But I like small breasts, so I'm not very sad!

I'm actually really scared about the pain involved more than the bill.

I'm an A cup, I want a reduction, if anything. But my lover likes 'em, so they can stay. I'd sure as hell never get an enlargement, though, it isn't a one time only thing, they need upkeep and more than one surgery when the old ones wear out.

There's no "other" so I didn't vote. I'd never have one, but I'm not all natural because I've had a reduction.

I put maybe. Not so much to make them bigger, but nicer. After nursing three kids they look a little on the sad side!

I probably would not. Too many horror stories.

I am already a DD, and am seriously considering reduction.

I have nothing against people modifying their own bodies if they know the risks, though. And I would urge paying more for a good doctor who can make them look natural. Look at their portfolio.

Definitely NOT.

I'd definitely get reconstructive surgery if I had to have a mastectomy, but that doesn't count as a boob job in my book.

I said no, but only cause I feel mine are more than big enough at DD. If I had C or smaller, I wouldn't have any issues with getting D's with surgery if I had the money.
If I had the money, I'd have a truck load of cosmetic surgery done!

I have DD's and even if I didn't, I prefer real breasts to fake. They feel better and they look natural. There's something off-putting about big boobs that don't sag like they should. And they make people who have real big (and saggy) boobs feel bad about themselves because their boobs aren't like that.

If someone wants to get fake breasts, they can go right ahead. I just wish we lived in a society where people were happy with their bodies and didn't feel the need to undergo dangerous surgery for a purely cosmetic procedure that at the end of the day doesn't even matter because it's your personality and the things that you do that count.

mine are big enough......maybe a lift lol

I'm a B cup. The thought of having someone cut open my boobs and stuff something inside them is really scary. I don't know what I'd do if I had cancer. The scariness of having cancer is obviously way scarier than cosmetic surgery, so I imagine that would change a lot about my point of view.

I don't have anything against anyone wanting enlargements, it should be a decision the woman makes for herself. I have a friend who had hers done and it gave her a major confidence boost, personally I want a reduction but I probably wont get it done until after I have children. Is it true that reductions and enlargements can effect the ability to breast feed?

I wouldn't personally, but everyone's got their own opinions. I'm really happy with mine and enlargements kind of scare me, and reductions aren't something I need at the moment.
