To each their own but I say I would never have it done...but if for medical reasons I needed to have one removed and could replace it with an artificial one, I would consider it. I am happy with what I have and so is hubby.

I have big boobs so I surely don't crave to have more. But it's a private decision so I wouldn't judge anyone for having or wanting implants.

I would think about it to make my boobs all even and what not.
But I probably never would because I can't reasonably justify the cost, also in a time of everyone being make of plastic, I like to be different, and now "different" seems to be not having any cosmetic surgeries.
Medical reasons, like for cancer or severe self-esteem issues, I could understand that.

I have DD's and wish they were smaller. I don't think I would get a reduction as I don't detest them that much, but if they start sagging I am definitely going under the knife!

Oh, and my sister had them--she was much smaller than me, and I am often jealous of hers. She is almost as big as me, but does not need to wear a bra! I did not envy her the week after the surgery, though!

I definitely don't need them any larger I think women look way hotter when they are natural even with itty bitty titty's. I think small breasts are beautiful and I feel a little jealous because mine are huge and get in the way and are heavy also don't fit in nice lingerie. For a women with beautiful A's, B's, or C's to get an enlargement is sad I'm not completely against it though you can do what ever you want, Or especially if you need them due to illness or accident. It is just my personal opinion that natural just looks better.
