Hey there! I recently wrote a review, of sorts, on the Diva Cup. When I first heard about them I was disgusted at the thought, now I love them and want to explore more menstrual cups!

What are you thoughts on them and why?

I'd only heard of them in context of their benefit for women for extended outdoor activities like backpacking. They offer a lightweight, reusable option that is easier to manage than other female hygiene products on the trail.

I love my diva cup, but can only rely on it for lighter days. I also have to be careful when removing the cup because I have an IUD and the suction created by the cup could cause trouble.

I have an IUD as well, but haven't had any troubles with the Diva Cup. I will have to look into this!

no offense i think they are nasty and very unhygienic no matter how i look at it they are just that to me
