Do you have any hangups that cause issues during sex? Like particular things that make it more difficult to orgasm or something?
My issue is that I can be on the verge of an orgasm, but (sometimes) as soon as my husband penetrates with his penis, I lose it. Not "lose it" as in I cum, but "lose it" as in I'm no longer able to reach orgasm. I'm frustrated, he's frustrated, and the more frustrated we get, the more difficult it is!

Sounds like maybe it's the difference in sensation that makes you lose it. I'm the same way. Have you tried letting him penetrate first and then masturbating while he's in you?

We have tried that, but the issue then is that it takes me FOREVER, while he's struggling to not climax.

I have the same problem. Sometimes I will masturbate before he penetrates me and no matter how horny I am it feels like the change in position or sensation sets me back and it takes longer to orgasm than if I had just kept touching myself. I've also had the same problem with touching myself while we're having sex (it's usually the only way I can cum). It just takes me way too long and we both get frustrated. We've had to be creative about ways to pleasure each other. I like to tie him up so I can touch myself and do what I want to him. It makes me feel less rushed and I don't have to worry about changing the sensation of what I'm doing if I don't want to.
