Shaved or not shaved, that is the question!

I keep a landing strip, the hubby doesn't shave.

I hate shaving! But I do completely shave down there more often than not. I'm a very clean person and would prefer to stay natural. My man prefers it shaved off, so I do that for him, but he doesn't mind when I go a little while before I shave again.

I shave down the undercarriage and trim the rest uniformly short when it gets too long. Very low maintenance.

Once a long time ago I shaved myself at the whim of a partner, and I can't say I have ever experienced much more pain than that experience. I was almost in tears the next day, and couldn't wear underwear--it was awful. Then I started waxing bits on my own (just around the bottom), and I found that waxing was fine. I had an emergency c-section three years ago, and before I went into labor I had the idea that I should w ax off my top bits "just in case." Well, my doctor was glad I did, and she cut down very low, but when the hair grew back it looked horrendous. My husband hinted that he was an admirer of the hairless look, and when I got a coupon for a wax spa in my area, I decided to have a Brazilian. I have to say I'm a convert--after the first time, I was so excited that I could barely see my c-section scar, and I don't think a partial wax of that area would have done anything to accentuate it. I do get lots of ingrowns, but mostly near the end of four weeks, right before I have to go back to the wax spa. Weirdly, as soon as I am waxed they seem to disappear. I've actually started spritzing (carefully) the top area with a bit of salicylic acid spray that I use to keep my chest and back clear. It seems to be helping!

I just trim everywhere with a electric trimmer like a hair cut, lol. I like it short but not to short or it feels pokey to long it's uncomfortable. I will usually also shave around the outside to shape my pubic area.

I usually shave all of it. When I'm too lazy/busy to keep the whole thing clean-shaven, I just shave the labia because that's where it gets uncomfortable/itchy for me if I let it grow out.

I had honestly never really thought about shaving until a partner suggested it. I figured it would be worth a try, so I tried it. It took a few tries to find out what worked for me (coochy shave) but now I love being shaved and wouldn't have it any other way. Being with a woman who is shaved was new to my fiance when we started dating but he instantly was pleased with the fact that I shaved.

I shave all my pubic hair because that is how my BF likes it. Before that I had never heard of shaving down there, just waxing. I trimmed the hair when it got too long.

I like it either way. Sometimes shaved completely, sometimes just trimmed. Most of my partners haven't had a preference so long as it wasn't out of control.

I used to keep it constantly bald when I was in a relationship, but now I get a little lazy & will let it grow out for a week or so before I shave.

All gone all the time. Have bin that way ever since i have started to shave at age 11

I have never shaved but I'm the only one who sees my pubic hair right now (read: "chronically single") so I really don't care. I may trim up a bit for swimsuits but that's about it.
