i sleep naked alot i get really hot at night and unless im on my period (during which i do were pads and panties) my sheets stay clean

I do not sleep naked and never will! I just don't feel comfortable and my "girls" do not like the lack of support. I always have to have a shirt on if not a bra. I also always wear panties but sometimes can go without shorts/pants. It is interesting to read how different people feel about it. Thanks for starting the topic

Boyfriend's tshirt and undies, or something similar. I don't like the feeling of being "stuck" to the boyfriend when we are sleeping naked and get sweaty (that's ok if we are awake). If I sleep alone, I like the feeling of being naked.

I love sleeping naked, but my butt gets cold so I usually at least throw on a pair of soft boyshorts to sleep in haha

Both of us sleep naked year round. I don't recall ever waking up to wet spots even when we've had sex the night before.

i sleep in some cotton undies and a sports like bra, i dont like sleeping naked. i have little kids who sleep in the same room...

I always sleep naked, and I've naturally pretty wet but I don't ever leave a wetspot on the bed, occasionally when I wake up my thighs are a bit wet but that's about it

I do. It's way more comfortable, especially in the summer, and it also airs out my vag - always a good thing to do once in a while (or as much as possible)!

What is all this about wet spots? You may think you'll make one, but I highly doubt you will.

I sleep naked or mostly naked most of the year. Hubs mostly sleeps in undies, sometimes naked, or if he's feeling hot and icky, he'll wear a t-shirt.

I have in the past. Had a BF that insisted on it. "Always ready" was his motto. I am STILL always ready, but with more sexy nighties. I find it warmer and more comfortable, even if only a little teddy or baby doll on.

I sometimes sleep naked, especially when it's warm. When I do wear something to bed it's shorts or PJ pants, never panties. Gotta let my bits breathe.

I always sleep naked, clothes make me sweaty and I feel suffocated by them. Naked cuddling is the best and we both sleep better for it. And no, it doesn't ruin your sheets.

I never sleep in my panties. If my underwear is left on long enough it'll get very wet and uncomfortable (never anything on the sheets, though), so I only ever wear panties when I'm not at home. It's just more comfortable, not to mention healthier - it's good to allow air to get to your nethers when you can, as it reduces your risk of getting a yeast infection.

I usually have a shirt on, though. I would sleep naked, but I leave my bedroom door open for better airflow and for my cat, and don't really relish the idea of my dad walking past if I've pushed the blankets down.
