Used to only sleep naked. Sometimes still do, but since having a baby a year ago it's just easier to keep clothes on when getting up with her through the night - gets tiring trying to dress myself in the dark night after night. But hopefully once she's sleeping better (almost there) I can sleep naked again...I am so uncomfortable wearing clothes to bed!

I generally wear pajamas to bed, though I've been known to sleep in less. Over the summer I usually just wear undies, and if my fiance is with me, we're usually naked.

I used to do it with a partner of mine but my current partner and I rarely do. I never wear underwear when I sleep though. I'll wear loose shorts.

The health benefits are that is allows your body to breathe which is especially beneficial to women to prevent yeast infections and the like. Regardless of how clean you are, you do get bits of fecal matter on the sheets, which is a con but typically you can't see it. I switch between sleeping in just panties and sleeping naked.
