I feel rather gauche asking about this, but... I have a set of vaginal exercising balls, the Eclipse. And I really, honestly don't understand how the hell they are supposed to work. How in the world are they supposed to make your muscles work? The set is long enough that it hits my cervix when I insert both balls (and rather uncomfortably, at that). The balls are wide enough in diameter that I have to freaking pull them out with some degree of effort. Keeping them in takes zero muscle work. Hell, I feel like they're stretching me!
I know I have a really short vagina (I can easily finger my cervix with my index finger, without even trying), but I think I have an average "width". Even so, I don't think there's a chance in hell gravity could dislodge the Eclipse enough for me to actually have to try to keep them in.
I just... don't understand the point and don't feel like I'm receiving any benefit from wearing them. Do these actually exercise your muscles? Am I doing it wrong? Should I buy a different set and give those a try?
