i own a menstrual cup (the lunette), which is great for heavy flow days, but the frist and last days of my cycle are often very light and i will free bleed is i have no place to go.
I prefer menstrual cups over tampons and bads, but i have been giving more thought to making/buying myself cloth pads for inbetween washings or the days i just dont feel like wearing my cup.

I am so in love with the diva cup. I just had to replace mine after a few years of use, it got a little uncomfortable at the end (which let me know I needed to replace), and the new one is like a dream!!

I am pretty sure the reason mine went bad was because I used a silicone lube on a silicone divacup....that was pre-EdenFantasys days so I didn't think twice about it!

At first I thought "Ew" to the menstrual cups. But my cousin blogs and did a review on one and I thought, hey, why not. NEVER going back to pads or tampons, even if you paid me, I prefer the Lunette cup.
