My vagina tends to be too sore for the first day or two for me to consider sex or even masturbating, but the rest of the time I don't have a problem with it. Haven't been experimenting long enough to know whether it has any effect on cramps or the duration of my period, though.

I've never had sex while cramping, but I know getting myself to orgasm does help the pain.

It helps my cramps/other symptoms (moodiness) and helps me sleep better. However, it can make my last longer if we have sex towards to very end of it. So, we just try to avoid having sex during the end of it.

I rarely even want to have sex while on my period. If I do, it is does not make me feel better.

I don't get cramps when I am on my period so sex would not make a difference.

My period isn't very long to begin with (2 days, 3 tops). But I swear by period sex if I want to shorten it.
