Have you/do you use "The Virgin Stick"?

Contributor: K101 K101
I was curious if anyone else has used The Virgin Stick, or if you would use it, and if you have, how did you like it?

I'm curious because I got The Virgin Stick today, mostly out of curiousity since I've been on this kick about finding the right kegel ball. Of course the stick is nothing like a kegel ball and in my opinion, probably won't give results like one of the kegel balls will.

So far, I'm kind of scared to even use the stick. It's really, really weird. It's a white stick that feels something like rock only softer. Looks like it's handmade because mine have what looks like shavings at the end of the stick.

So I used it for a second, afraid to do it any longer. I notice the "stick" was like peeling away afterward. I kinda thought something like that could happen since even being left in water can cause it to desintegrate. It's supposedly a stick of "herbs" used to tighten, get rid of dishcharge and other things.

I have the Teneo Uno kegel ball and I think it would do more than the stick, but it's a really interesting thing, this weird stick. So I wanted to know if any of you have used it and how did it go for you?

A what?! Haha... okay, I had to google that and this is what I found linkage Apparently it's a soap, so of course it will disintegrate in water and have "shavings". And according to that page, "the herbs in Virgin Stick also have the affect of vaginal tightening and increasing sexual sensitivity by improving the hormone production (namely testosterone) in the vagina so that it goes back to be tight and healthy.".

Uhm, personally, I don't think I want to shove a bar of soap in my hoo-ha... it's self-cleaning and I'll happily stick with my Energie exerciser.

Sounds scarily "artificial" to me, I mean herbs are fine, but oh my... I just wouldn't obtain it, too weird it is... ^^

WTF? This seems like a terrible idea, and it only perpetuates the myths that vaginas are smelly, icky, stretched out places and that feeling like "a virgin" is what every vagina should want. I can't express how much I dislike the idea behind it, and how dangerous I think products like this are.

OMG - have you read their website? It seriously seems like a joke. I'm not sure that site is for real after reading it. I hope it isn't, but if it is... wow. Just wow.

I don't need such a product. My vagina is tight and virgin-like as it is.

WTF? I wouldn't consider using it either! That is crazy. I agree with Aprika and the others...Vaginas self clean. There is no reason to shove soap in there and use it to kegel. I'll stick with my Luna balls.

I definitely understand and mostly agree. I HATE that these types of products are kind of a way to target women -- make em' feel self conscious. "You should be tighter if you want to please!" I HATE that. But I couldn't help but be very intrigued by the history of this little thing. It's interesting, that's for SURE!

Yes, it does seem jokish and even worse, most of the wording is not correct or doesn't make much sense. Really. Even contradictory a tiny bit, so I learned after researching some of the claims tonight. But I had to see this thing for myself. It's cute. It looks like a cigar! I was actually scared to use it again though. So far, what I've researched, I've not found bad things about the ingredients, but I've yet to finish all the ingredient searching. I had trouble with one particular ingredient, which has me really scared of the entire product. It's listed on the label as "Usnear". Maybe I'm just really missing something, but I have NOT been able to find that there is a such thing as "Usnear". I DID find something called "usnea". I believe they actually spelled the ingredient wrong! Or it's called both of those names and I have missed something while searching crazily through my herb books? I even searched online. Nothing. Only Usnea. I'm sure they meant Usnea, since it's some kind of vaginal thing. But this made me really wary of it.

Oh, and no, it's not actually a bar of soap! It's like... rock! Lol. The herbs are cleansing. That is why it's labeled "soap." Actually, some of the ingredients do hold up.

Bayosgirl, it's not only for tightness. Kegels aren't only for tightness. Most of us girls do kegels for HEALTH anyways. In the long run, doing those exercizes (whether with or without a product to help) will be beneficial. I haven't ever used anything to "aid" in my kegeling until last week when I tried the single smartball and it was so large it caused pain! I still try using it though and think it'd be fun to use one every once in a while (one that did not cause pain.) I am interested in this whole "orgasm when the balls move inside you" claim I read on the kegel balls.

I think the whole "tighetning" thing about the virgin stick is because you exercize your PC muscles while it's inserted. However, the ingredients are said to have been used for centuries by women who want to keep their downstairs "tight." I don't believe vaginas need changing in most cases though. I don't even believe in douching for Pete's sake, but if I had odor that I really couldn't get rid of, I'll admit, I would actually try something that sounded crazy. Having bad odor would be humiliating to me.

Still I am unable to find anyone who has used this darn Virgin Stick! I'd really be interested in hearing about it from a real person. I guess I'm too chicken to go any further with it. Even doing a "Virgin Stick reviews" search online brings up NOTHING! Wonder if that's reason to freak out? Lol.

Sometimes I use my soaped up finer to clean my vagina. I know vaginas are self-cleaning, but sometimes I don't feel my freshest in comparison to my normal.
