Well, I chose 1-4 and I think I fit that category in most terms of "relationship."

I wish the poll specified type of relationship.
Real, longer-term relationship, is 1- my current boyfriend.

Sexual relationships, I believe it is 6.

Relationships that seemed more than sexual, but didn't last longer than 3mos, about 5.
And I've dated men without sleeping with them, but usually not more than a few weeks before one of us moved on.

I've had two relationships. The first one I got into because I was so dang excited that I guy was interested in me (I was 23) and excused the weirdness/distance as "this is your first relationship and you don't know what you're doing." Turns out, he was gay, got to know me, and trusted that I wouldn't be judgmental of his sexuality and thought he'd ask me out to see if I could "fix" him. He admitted this one day when I'd brought up how we weren't intimate AT ALL. I expressed how accepting I was of his sexuality and how necessary it was for us to break up.

Relationship number 2 is the one I'm happily in now, and it's my first sexual/romantic relationship. I'm loving it.

I currently have 3 primary partners, 6 secondary partners and maybe a dozen or so terciary partners (fwbs, playmates) and am often in the right place and right frame of mind for a new encounter/flirtation. Of those among the "numbered", all are over 1-3 years and some much longer. I consider all my primary and secondary relationships to be Lifelong commitments. I can't see why they wouldn't be.

I think I can safely say that in 45 yrs on this planet, I've hit the over 30 relationships mark.

I have no idea how many. I also have no idea how to answer this question. I've dated lots of people, but I've only had 3 that lasted more than two months.

Depends. I have had several "casual boyfriends" since I was a teenage. Half of them weren't serious at all or didn't last long. The other half were "serious" or exclusive but weren't really anything to write home about. Ive had two marriages, and about 5 serious relationships.
