All of the above, though we're light on the BDSM stuff- the more extreme stuff does nothing for us. We like to practice asphyxiation and fisting most lately, but we have a lot of vanilla sex too.

Generally vanilla foreplay and sex, but we've dabbling in tying me up.

I didn't check roleplay, but that's an interesting one for me.
Technically, my partner and I role play all the time; he's the dom, and I"m the sub... but those are roles that come naturally to us.

My partner would love to see me role play a bit as other "characters", but it always feels slightly unnatural to me. We do it on the rare occasion --- but it's VERY rare.
