to show alteration or disconnect from regular sexual identities? OR does it just draw too much attention to one's self?

I prefer gender neutral pronouns (they, their, rather that he/she his/hers) most of the time, and male pronouns when I am presenting as male. I don't think that it draws too much attention, and even if it did, who cares? *shrugs* It's my preference.

I'm all for them. While I understand why some people might need to hide their identity, I think the option should be available for those who want to be open about it.

you can always just refer to someone by their name and use gender neutral pronouns. I don't really see how sexual identities relate to pronouns but that's just me.
