Go to any Walgreens or CVS and buy an enema. Replace the enema liquid with water. Follow the instructions on the box and repeat until the water runs clear and there isn't any waste matter. You can do this in the shower or on the toilet. I like to use the toilet for the first few flushes and then switch to the shower.
