Bullets and eggs are usually used for external stimulation (clitoris, nipples, testicles, etc.) You *can* insert most of them, but it's generally suggested that you put them in a condom first for easy retrieval if you do. bullets are insertable.. the cord is so you *can* pull it out, you should also try to push it out to help it along, but still.. they're called retrieval cords for a reason.

You can use bullets however you like, but commonly they're used clitorally. I've never ever come anywhere near orgasm from vaginal penetration. Only ever clitoral, and even then it's sometimes a chore! Nothing wrong with that
