Thankfully, my wife and I both love to talk dirty during sex! It actually took us a few years before we were comfortable enough to get into it. I'd only had one girlfriend before who liked dirty talk, so I was (and am) really psyched that my wife likes dirty talk as much as I do.

For me it depends on the person. My last boyfriend was more vocal and liked when I was so I found it easy, but my boyfriend now is very quiet and more interested in the noises I make, so talking dirty seems odd and I rarely do it.

It's still a little awkward for me even though I've been with my partner and while and we even have a baby together! It kind of depends on your personality I think. Usually, I just have to be extremely turned on to a point of not caring how I look or sound doing anything. My partner will initiate dirty talk a lot of the time though, so once he gets it going it's easier for me.
