Back when I was a youngster, my favorite DP combination was two of the empty bottles of the Chemistry bath set. After I grew up a bit and had my pick of partners available, I still like one of those, or the Silk Medium in back while my partner's up front.
And I was once lucky enough to have two partners, but that's another tale for another time.

I've used an anal vibe and vaginal vibe or fingers on myself before and found it very enjoyable. The LELO brand butt plug, Bob, is also a very good toy for double penetration because it is small and doesn't get in the way of full vaginal penetration.
