I ordered my first set of kegel balls. I'm kind of curious exactly how people use these. I've wanted some for quite a few years now and finally got around to get them. They should be here within the week! Does anyone use them all day? Or while your out and about? Or do you use yours just a few minutes a day? Just interested in some answers and getting ideas!

I have a set of vibrating ones that I use for about 30 minutes. But only on weekends.

I just ordered my first set too! I'll have a review coming up along with an article on my blog about how and why to use them. Should be up within the week.

I've never used mine for an extended period of time. The longest was near an hour, I wore them during the date with my BF. It definitely added a few sparks to our date and made it much hotter, so I couldn't stand it anymore, and we had to rush home to release the sexual tension

And, of course, I used Kegel balls directly for Kegel exercise, and during housework to make it more fun, but these activities never take much time.

Also, we like to add balls to sex occasionally. It was awesome to use them during anal penetration. Being inserted into the vagina and combined with anal thrusting, they really helped to intensify g-spot stimulation.

I tried mine out too. Review is up both here and on my blog. I think I left mine in too long and my muscles got tired of holding them in because they started to peek out. Though the 3oz weight might not of been a good idea to start off with. I got them free to review so I went with those, lol.
