When I introduced vibes to my wife, I was expected to be 'the operator'. Like most guys, I'm into motion - but her most frequent complaint was that I moved too much - especially when she was close to orgasm - like I was supposed to know?
Fast forward 10 years - since we usually use vibes and dildos in combination, I drive the dildos and she takes care of the clit vibe - a wand. Observationally she typically holds it pretty steady on the left side of her clit - but does move it around. But when and why she moves it, I couldn't tell you.
As far as moving the dildo is concerned, I know her pretty well, but she will guide me by asking for deeper or faster when I'm not right on cue.

But, I think we've got an option here on Eden, that's Aurora Massager. It has a veeeryy flexible clit arm and should fit any anatomy. Highly recommended
